Build a Home for Your Pet

Some pet owners will do anything for their favorite pet and I must honestly say that I can’t blame them. Pets are lovely creatures and being able to provide them with great conditions is a wonderful thing. The other day I decided that I wanted to turn the carport into a home for my pet dog. I feel that a small dog house is no place for a dog to live and that he should have his own home.
Some of you reading this might say that carports are no place for a dog and that I should have it inside my own home and to those of you I can say that I do that as well. But now he has his own place where he can sleep and eat without being disturbed by the rest of us. The loudest thing in the carport is the wall clock ticking. And to be quite frank it doesn’t tick that loud.
When decorating such a dog carport home you will want to consider what things a dog would want and would need in order to feel at home and safe. Things like toys and blankets and maybe a basket depending on what kind of dog you have. Also it is important that you bring it something that smells like you so if won’t feel abandoned when you’re not around.
Finally you must make sure that you are not forcing the dog to stay in the carport but that you let it go in there when IT want to and not when you feel that it should. Dogs are bread to be pets and pets will need their humans around to feel safe and secure. So having its own place is mere a small place where it can rest and be on its own.
